Achieve & you will see...
Achieve 2 Succeed is a 12 week not in education, employment or training program, working with 16-25 year olds at risk of exploitation or engaging in risky behaviours. Providing young people with an opportunity into education, employment or training through raising awareness of the impact of exploitation by engaging, empowering and inspiring service users to have a voice, positively challenge negative perceptions and actively be involved in creating meaningful change within their community.
Working with other further education, recruitment agencies, apprenticeships schemes & other local providers to secure further opportunties for those engaged on the program.
*This program can also be adapted to meet the needs of young people still in education at risk of being permanently excluded from mainstream education.
Journey of progression...
The delivery of this program will be adapted to the needs of the group and the young people we work with and is focussed upon being people led & the involvement of the service users within the delivery of the program. By utilising pre existing skills that the young people already have to support their development during this program.
The program will cover:
* Root causes of criminal activity & exploitation
* Recognising risk & understanding personal safety
*CV & cover letter support
*Mini Careers fair
*University/ further education talk or visit
*Mock interviews
*Social action
Included within the price is two mentoring sessions per person which along with the course focuses upon working towards gaining an employment, education or training opportunity before the end of the 12- week period.
*The price per person is based upon a group of 10 young people. Prices vary based upon group size please contact for a personalised quote.

In 2021, our previous Achieve 2 succeed cohort created a campaign focussing upon the root causes of criminal exploitation, signposting to other support services and also raising awareness of utilising support networks.
