At Changing the Future, we are dedicated to empowering children, young people, parents/carers & professionals working with those with complex trauma, special educational needs & challenging behaviour.

We offer a wide range of services through our school/ SEN support service designed to meet the needs of children & young people, parents/careers & schools within our community. From school refusal & transition back to education, alternative education or ADHOC school liaison services for parents/carers dealing with complex trauma, SEN needs or challenging behaviour, let us help take the stress off your shoulders we support with:

Parents/ carers

* Liaising with schools and devising support plans to meet your child/ young persons needs

* EHCP support assistance- ensuring your child or young person is receiving the right support with the resources provided.

* Advocacy support within meetings with schools/ other services

* Workshops for parent/ careers/ professionals dealing with challenging behaviour .

* Telephone/ online support sessions for parents/ carers

Professionals

* ADHOC school support services including in classroom & corridor support for those young people struggling to go into the classroom.

* School refusal & transition back to education

* Achieve 2 succeed NEET program for those unable to access provision

* Alternative provision 1:1 support for children & young people
